Item Refund, Exchange & Vendor Booth Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for product purchases. Exchanges may be made only in cases where items are received damaged or defective.
Vendor booth fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a documented emergency or medical illness that prevents participation. To request a refund under these circumstances, please email [email protected] within 2 days of the event. All approved refunds are subject to a processing fee.
Booth reservations may be transferred to another eligible vendor upon approval. Please contact us in advance to request a transfer.
This event will be held rain or shine. In the case of severe or unsafe weather conditions that result in event cancellation, further instructions will be provided regarding rescheduling or partial refunds where applicable.
