Art in the Arboretum: Non-Artist Vendors Application
A limited number of spaces are available for non-artist vendors, businesses, nonprofits, community partners, and organizations that complement the spirit of Art in the Arboretum. Participation is subject to approval by Greensboro Beautiful, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Approved vendors are provided a designated 10' x 10' space. Vendors are responsible for providing, setting up, and removing their own 10' x 10' tent, tables, chairs, displays, equipment, and supplies. Vendors are also responsible for unloading and loading their own materials. **Power/electricity is not available or provided.**
Protecting the Arboretum
This event takes place within a public garden. Vendor vehicles are permitted only on the main black-paved path during designated setup and breakdown times. Vehicles may not drive over pavers, landscaped areas, garden beds, turf, or other unapproved surfaces.
Any damage to landscaping, pavers, garden features, or underground irrigation caused by a vendor or vendor vehicle is the vendor's responsibility. If damage occurs, a claim may be filed against the vendor's insurance for the cost of repairs.
All vendors must follow event-day setup, breakdown, parking, safety, and garden-protection guidelines and leave their space clean at the conclusion of the event.
