Greensboro Beautiful has developed a series of unique and exciting
events for the whole family in each of
the gardens:
Art in the Arboretum
This fall event is a juried art and fine craft exhibit and
sale held in the Greensboro Arboretum on the first Sunday
in October. Artists from throughout the region gather to
exhibit their hand-crafted offerings in an outdoor gallery.
Activities and entertainment are also included to make this
an event for the whole family.
Parisian Promenade
The Parisian Promenade recreates the sights, scenes, sounds
and smells of a spring afternoon in Paris – all in
our own Bicentennial Garden. Sidewalk artists, strolling
musicians, jugglers, and sidewalk cafes are featured - all
within the colorful backdrop of the garden in bloom.
